The Invisalign Growth Program aims to establish Clinical proficiency as well as Clincheck proficiency for members of the network. We created this Growth Network to be the most thorough and comprehensive Growth Program in the world. We are certain that you will gain confidence, improve your skills and increase your case volume substantially. Goals and Expectations:
Doctors are expected to learn from the education provided and to increase skill level and in case volume. The educational component is important because it provides the foundation of shared knowledge and insight. Without putting in the work, there is no reason to expect that doctors will be able to increase their skill, confidence or case volume. That is why the growth program and the network are required to be taken together.
The target goal for doctors is to submit 20 cases more than their previous year. This should be quite attainable as all doctors will be given access to Clincheck support services for 10 cases that may have otherwise proved too challenging for their current skill level. In addition, doctors should be able complete 10 additional cases with the support services provided through the Whatapp groups, Facebook Groups, study clubs, and courses.
