At just 28 years old, our founder Dr Stephen Schalk became the youngest GP in the world to hit Diamond Invisalign® Provider status. He travelled the globe learning from top orthodontists and built several successful practices in Canada. He now works from home using remote monitoring tools that allow him to earn more while working fewer hours.
In 2020, Dr Schalk founded Clearly Aligned™, an educational platform for general dentists. After mentoring thousands of dentists across North America, Dr Schalk has partnered with trusted Australian Diamond Providers, Dr Jack Milgate and Dr Lawrence Neville, to deliver the same world-class education tailored for Australian dentists.

Our Team
Dr Stephen Schalk
After graduating with his DDS from the University of Alberta in 2014, Dr Schalk travelled the globe to learn from leading orthodontic experts. He went on to limit his practice to orthodontics and became the youngest general practitioner to achieve Invisalign® Diamond Provider status worldwide. Now a Diamond Plus, Top 1% Invisalign® Provider, Dr Schalk owns three successful dental clinics, speaks internationally, and serves as an industry key opinion leader. He conducts research on digital monitoring of clear aligner therapy through Canada’s SRED program and has previously served on the board of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. In 2020, Dr Schalk founded Clearly Aligned™, an educational platform for general dentists. A natural talker and enthusiastic teacher, his passion is sure to inspire and encourage you on your road to Invisalign® success.
Dr Jack Milgate
Dr Milgate is an accomplished dentist originally from Echuca-Moama in country Victoria, who has established successful clinics in Barwon Heads and Queenscliff. As one of Australia’s leading general Invisalign® providers, Dr Milgate has lectured nationally and internationally for Align Technology and is recognised for his expertise in intra-oral scanning techniques and digital workflows. His clinical case studies and professional insights have been shared widely with dentists and industry partners around the world. Dr Milgate has also contributed to 3DGuard, a cutting-edge digital mouthguard company that provides innovative technology to AFL and NRL teams as well as international UFC competitors.
Dr Lawrence Neville
Dr Lawrence Neville has been a multi practice owner since 2017. He has been treating patients with clear aligners for 15 years. He has been a Diamond Invisalign® provider every year since 2017. His practice is now restricted to only ortho restorative treatments. His passion lies around early intervention of tooth wear, preventing full mouth rehabilitations and practice growth. He is currently an Align ANZ global faculty member and international speaker. Between his cases and mentored cases, he looks at over 1,000 ClinCheck plans per year. Dr Neville’s overarching philosophy is minimal steps, maximum outcome; the goal isn’t to do the most. It’s to do the least required to achieve the ideal outcome, reducing the restorative burden for our patients long term.
